Loosing my patience

I've been keeping from posting here, but now i am loosing my patience.
My 2882 have been sitting at MH for 2 weeks now without anything happening.
They promised it would be returned last week.
I am compromising my productions every single day without it.

Most worrying.
Especially since i have sessions next week, where i could really use the 2882's latency free monitoring capabilities.

Please do something.

Hi Allen i already have. But it seems my unit keeps going behind in the queue......
They said it would be finished last week. But today they said it would finished within a week.
Which means atleast 2-3 weeks before i see it again.
It apparently hasn't been touched yet.
I have always spoken well about MH, and i am sure that several has bought pr my recomendation,
but this is frustrating.....
