Kontakt Question...

Postby bdemon » Sun, 01 Aug 2010 1:20 am

Studying some tutorial vids, created some new loops in the wave editor, assigned them to keys in the mapping editor. The main loop I exported repeats when I hold the key down, but my new loops only play once than stop. Gotta be something simple here...how do I make those loops repeat when I hold the key down?

Thanks! :D

You can create 8 loop points but you need to select a loop number first.
1. click on the wave editor
2. select a sample loop number
3. set the loop zone. (will be a yellow box)
4. set the loop mode (until end- one shot-etc)

have fun.

Following your steps, I can see the loop repeating in the wave editor (needle repeats over the yellow/highlighted loop), but the sound only plays once. Wha? :?

hmmm... so you can see the cursor moving through the loop but the sound is only playing once is that correct?
What mode are you in? Beat/sample/time?
